I know we have all been finding the current stress from world events weighing heavily on us. You’re not the only one feeling the full weight of the world’s problems at this current moment in time.
I’m trying to put an end to rejecting my own needs and health.
Instead I have created this 6-Week Journey to focus on stress, taking time out of the day for myself and finding a way to fit in healthy, slow habits for day to day life.
Does this sound like something you need as well ?
I’m planning a 6-Week Journey of intense health focus starting with:
Week 1 – Self Care
Get to know yourself better, what you can eat, do and participate in to improve your self care routine.
This week will include self care reminders, food to help combat bodily stress, tips and facts on how to relax our body & minds.
Week 2 – Beauty / DIY
As prices are rising we are more inclined to avoid overspending on anything which isn’t a necessity.
That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t find ways to pamper ourselves. I plan to find ways to make your favourite products at home from moisturisers, skincare, fragrance, cleaning and all whilst using natural cost effective ingredients.
Week 3 – Cycle Sync
Personally I have never tried cycle syncing but I have seen the rise in popularity on social media and honestly it just makes sense.
A lot of the time it feels like our bodies are pushed in a society that is catered to men, so I want to find out how I can help you learn to regulate and excel at tackling those problem weeks in your month.
Week 4 – Gut Health
Did you know there’s a strong link between gut health and mental health which has actually been proven by neurological studies?
I want to get to know more about my favourite food, I have been eating fermented food from the supermarket for as long as I can remember. So now it’s time to make it myself at home and test what it can really do for our bodies!
Week 5 – Zero Waste
Zero waste is more than just saving veggie scraps. Join as we find ways to make real change and impact on the environment.
Scraps, plants and flowers can be made into so many useful products that we use every day. This mission is about being environmentally conscious, adding more veggies into our diet and saving money whilst doing it! Win win.
Week 6 – Plastic Free
Finding plastic free alternatives to our favourite household items.
This week I’m going to be finding out why we should ditch our plastic and how we can replace common utensils and containers with much better alternatives.
I hope you’ll join me on the ride, sign up for weekly updates through newsletter so you never miss anupdate.
That’s all for now !
